You were the world to me in so many ways
Spending time with you were some of my happiest days
You taught me how to enjoy life and laugh much
You taught me to get into mischief and such
We laughed, joked and sang songs
In my eyes you could do no wrongs
You took me fishing hunting and riding
You snuck me up to the garden to eat watermelons while hiding
I miss you more than I could ever say
But I’m happy your happy an pain free for this day
